Fitlink Australia participated in the 2010 Filex convention - Filex is the largest annual industry convention in the southern hemishphere. Delivered by the Australian Fitness Network, Filex attracted more than 2 000 people that participated in more than 240 sessions.

The theme this year is Creating Connections. This is because the degree of success we achieve in our lives, both professionally and personally can be largely attributed to the connections we create with other people.

Today fitness is not just about building muscle or losing fat, it is about a fitter, healthier, more balanced life.

In conjunction with Filex is the Australian Fitness and Health Expo where Fitlink had a booth for the first time in a couple years. The Expo was held over three days and had over 20 000 visitors come through the exhibit hall. We would like to thank all of the visitors to the booth, potential students, industry members and alumni fitlink family members.
